Interesting idea. How can we find out when or if this will actually take place. And Merry Christmas. I enjoy your other website too.

    Hi Raymond,
Well - we’re going to be starting our next camp on Jan 3rd. We’ll have Orientation Day at the Simi Valley Public Library.
    Then on Monday we ROLL!

This would be a good place to promote the site too - we have between 50 and 100 campers each tour. A clip of them working out (the 530am class is the largest) on Day One would be hilarious.

80% of our camp is returning campers on a mission to get to their goal so we can really push them hard (they know how it all works). But the new people have FEAR in their eyes when they arrive. Most of them haven’t slept all night Sunday to make sure they aren’t late (this is a BIG no-no).

I’d love for you to join us and see what you think!

We also have just started a little “advertising” campaign. Pretty cheap - we give out a schedule each tour (6 weeks) and have spaces for $15 or $20. This paper stays with them the entire camp…it has the vital info they need (specifically WHERE to be, WHEN to be there and HOW TO GET THERE).

The next advertising space is in our weekly newsletter The Challenge. It is very popular. We’ve got 900 Simi residents on our lists - only 4 people have “asked off” in the entire 2 years. Pretty cool. There are spots available for $50, $40 and $65. These will go every week for 6 weeks.

The last thing is our website. I have all of the traffic info. It’s getting better and better - currently 1500 brand new visitors monthly, 2700 new/repeat and 42,000 requests monthly. Depending on the page $35, $30 or $25 for a complete “Tour” which is 6-weeks.

We are just starting this out - if you’d like to get more info please let me know.

I didn’t realize you’d replied to my comment so maybe you could write to my e-mail address?

    Have a great New Year!

    Sincerely, Sarita
